USGS STATION NUMBER.-- USGS 262605081425901
LOCATION.-- Lat 26°26'05", long 81°42'59" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NE 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.33, T.46 S., R.26 E., Lee County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03090204, about 1.5 mi southwest of the intersection of Alico Road and Corkscrew Road, 4 mi east of U.S. Interstate 75, near Estero.
AQUIFER.-- Lower Tamiami aquifer of the Pleistocene Age, Geologic Unit 121 TMIM. See REMARKS.
WELL CHARACTERISTICS.-- Drilled, observation, diameter 2 in., depth 60 ft. See REMARKS.
DATUM.-- Top of casing, 19.26 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, July 16, 2003, to present
PERIOD OF RECORD.-- July 2003 to current year.
REMARKS.-- Well construction information was not available. Well depth and diameter are based on field measurements. The open interval of the well is unknown. The well may be partially open to the lower Tamiami aquifer but the bottom of the well is below the base of the lower Tamiami aquifer and above the top of the sandstone aquifer of Miocene age (Geologic unit 122 SNDS). See AQUIFER and WELL CHARACTERISTICS.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.-- Highest daily maximum water level, 17.02 ft NGVD, Sept. 3, 2005; lowest, 11.15 ft NGVD, May 31, 2007.

Continuously recorded water levels for the past 30 days are compared to daily (maximum) water levels from last year, the minimum and maximum daily levels for the corresponding weeks of the year for the site period of record, and daily levels for the 2001 drought year.
Data used to produce the current 30-day hydrograph at L -5874 (262605081425901)
Description of information presented in the current 30-day hydrograph at L -5874 (262605081425901)
The change in daily water-level elevations has not been mathematically correlated to time for the period of record based on operational considerations. Instead of a long-term trend line, the data are, therefore, compared to the zero-slope (flat, linear) regression curve for the existing period of record daily water-level elevations. This approximates, but may not equal, the period of record mean. (Description of statistical methods)
